I had a great time today photographing the wedding of Brad and Jessica (Thompson), who were married today at First Bible Church in Decatur. They are off to Hawaii for a honeymoon.

2007 Graduations ... LCHS and ELHS....

Underneath two beautiful sunsets, and near perfect evenings, I watched the LCHS and ELHS Class of 2007....... graduate high school.

It's bittersweet isn't it?

At LC, as Byrd sang, Iwatched you reminisce. I saw some tears.

At EL, as your speakers spoke, I saw the dreams in your eyes.
So what do you do? Do you reflect, and look back, or do you surge ahead and never look back.

Well, ...... you do both.

Because as the years begin to roll by now.... 5, 10 and even 20 years from now, you will run into your class mates. Whether it be at the grocery store, the mall in Birmingham, at the lake, on the beach, at work, or at an airport in Boston, .... you will see them.

And you will remember ....."we finished school together". And you will know then..... that you have a friend............. and that will mean alot to you.

Good luck to you all, Class of '07.

I really enjoyed getting to meet you.

I had lots of fun.........and got my picture made too!

While doing LCHS Spring and Friends pictures. We got Logan to make a family portrait for us. All he had to do was mash the button. I think he did a good job!
This was one of my favorites.
And I did alot of big groups of "friends". That's great!
You need all the friends you can get.

Lady Devils keep winning!!!! And the band played...

LCHS beat Wilson today!.... continuing their trip down the road to Montgomery.

And I got a nice group shot of the LCHS Band before their Spring Concert tonight.

Area Tournament.....LCHS Talent Show.......

The LCHS Lady Devils and the ELHS Lady Eagles are battling for the Area championship today.

If they ever made a movie called

"The Innings, Has Eyes". It would be based on the 10th inning the Eagles had vs Priceville yesterday. But I know they will bounce back.

TALENT SHOW!!!!!

What a great job by everyone who competed! There was so much variety! Piano, Dance, Rock and Roll guitar, solos, drum solos and a cool little song with a twist by Marlie.

I really enjoyed the show. And Also, good job Mackenzie for your choreography. Awesome.

I enjoyed a great show Sat. night! Good Job everybody.

I really enjoyed "Rindercella" again. Good job Scott.

I think my favorite performance this year was by Gaylon and Kendra,

singing "Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man". Conway who?

Have ya'll heard James "Elvis"Cole sing? That son of gun can sing.

I was supposed to get to play piano for the "Oak Ridge Boys" tonight.. but one of them blew out his knee and couldn't sing, so they cancelled. ?????? I'm not a singer, but I didn't know you had to use your knees.

Thanks Century 21 and all the sponsors who put together this fund raiser for the American Cancer Society.

Thursday, March 29...........

I wanted ya'll to meet Mr. and Miss LCHS. Correy and Sallie.

I took their portrait Monday.

And my old friend Chubby took a portrait of the LCHS JV Baseball team after winning the County T last Saturday. He's got them all lined up straight and on the same knee.

I would have put Russel on the front, I would have made Garrett put his cap on...... but enough of that. Good job Chub. Thanks for the picture.

Just a perfect day for a photographer.........

I started the day at the Deer Run Golf course at the LCHS Invitational T. It was very nice and peaceful there. Then I went over to ELHS to photograph the ELHS Lady Eagels Softball teams.
Then back to LCHS, where I caught a few innings each of the Varsity baseball, softball, JV baseball and softball games.
The weather and the light was just perfect.

I didn't get to attend any of the girls CT. But congratulations to the LCHS Lady Devils on winning the Championship. Good Job!

Lawrence County Baseball Tournament.....

I didn't get to attend any of the games, but Lisa got some great shots of the finals between Hatton and LCHS.

Hatton won the game and claimed the Championship this year.

It is always such a pleasure to cover the Military Ball for the LCHS JROTC Program.

I would say "smile" and they would reply "Yes Sir".

I would say "you look nice" and they would say "thank you, sir".

I even caught "Top" having fun.
